General living conditions at the farmhouse with rooms at Al Luogo del Giulio
Dear guests,
below the General Conditions that will be applied to your booking and your stay at the Farmhouse with rooms at the Place del Giulio.
Check-in time: 1.00 p.m. to 3.30 p.m. and 6.30 p.m. to 9.30 p.m.. Please notify the Reception of arrival time on 0427 730444.
Check-out time: by 10 a.m., unless otherwise agreed with the Reception.
The list prices on display are understood to be I.v.a. included. List prices and any discounts can be changed by the Farmhouse with rooms at the Place del Giulio at any time and without any notice; As long as the new ones will not apply to bookings already confirmed and accepted by the Farmhouse with rooms at the Place del Giulio.
Reservations and discounts are not cumulative.
Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, CIRCUITO MAESTRO PAGOBANCOMAT.
If for any reason, the Guest starts the stay late or anticipates departure, he will still be required to pay the full agreed amount.
The farmhouse with rooms at the Place del Giulio has chosen not to provide the possibility of smoking inside its rooms. Smoking guests are therefore asked to use the special outdoor areas, as well as the special ashtrays.
Rooms cannot be occupied by more people (including children) than indicated during booking.
Animals are allowed, after communication to the farmhouse with rooms at the Place del Giulio during booking and, in any case, an increase in the price will be required.
Given the particular nature and structure of the farmhouse with rooms at the Place del Giulio, the latter will have no responsibility for the deterioration, destruction and theft of things brought by guests in the rooms, in parked cars unguarded and guarded spaces adjacent to the structure.
The farmhouse with rooms at the Place del Giulio provides the guest, for the duration of the stay, the Wi-Fi service. The Guest is solely and exclusive responsible for any misuse and/or contrary to the law of the Wi-Fi service.
The relationship of residence between the farmhouse with rooms at the Place del Giulio and the Guest is governed by Italian law and for any dispute should arise will be exclusively competent the Forum of Pordenone.

Lgs. 196/2003 and Article 13 of the EU Regulation 2016/679), that the processing of your personal data will take place with fairness and transparency, for lawful purposes and protecting its confidentiality and its rights.
The treatment will also be carried out with the help of it is used for the following purposes:
In order to comply with the obligation under Article 109 of R.D. 18.6.1931 No. 773, which requires us to register and communicate to the Police the generalities of the customers housed;
2. to meet existing administrative, accounting and tax obligations;

We would also like to inform you that the provision of your data for the treatments referred to in steps 1 and 2 is mandatory, and in the event of refusal to provide them, we will not be able to accommodate you in our farmhouse.
If you wish to have the treatments in steps 3, 4 and 5, you must give us your consent. Consensus can still be revoked later by opposing the treatment.
For any further information, and to enforce the rights granted to you by Article 7 of the Privacy Code (Article 13 of D. Lgs. 196/2003 and Article 13 of the EU Regulation 2016/679), you can contact the Treatment Holder.
