Condizioni generali di soggiorno presso l’Agriturismo con camere Al Luogo Del Giulio
Gentili ospiti,
di seguito le Condizioni Generali che saranno applicate alla Vostra prenotazione e al Vostro soggiorno presso l’Agriturismo con camere Al Luogo del Giulio.
Orario di check-in: dalle ore 13.00 alle 15.30 e dalle 18.30 alle 21.30. Si prega di avvisare la Reception dell’orario di arrivo al numero 0427 730444.
Orario di check-out: entro le ore 10.00, salvo diverso accordo con la Reception.
I prezzi di listino esposti sono da intendersi I.v.a. compresa. I prezzi di listino ed eventuali sconti possono essere modificati dall’Agriturismo con camere Al Luogo del Giulio in qualsiasi momento e senza alcun preavviso; fermo restando che quelli nuovi non si applicheranno alle prenotazioni già confermate e accettate dall’Agriturismo con camere Al Luogo del Giulio.
Prenotazioni e sconti non sono cumulabili.

Se per qualsiasi ragione, l’Ospite inizi il soggiorno in ritardo o anticipi la partenza, sarà comunque tenuto a versare l’intero importo pattuito.
L’Agriturismo con camere Al Luogo del Giulio ha scelto di non prevedere la possibilità di fumare all’interno delle proprie camere. Si pregano pertanto gli Ospiti fumatori di volersi servire delle apposite aree all’aperto, nonché degli appositi posacenere.
Le camere non possono essere occupate da un numero di persone (bimbi compresi) superiore a quello indicato in fase di prenotazione.
Gli animali sono ammessi, previa comunicazione all’Agriturismo con camere Al Luogo del Giulio in fase di prenotazione e, in ogni caso, sarà richiesta una maggiorazione del prezzo.
Stante la particolare natura e struttura dell’Agriturismo con camere Al Luogo del Giulio, quest’ultimo non avrà alcuna responsabilità per il deterioramento, la distruzione e la sottrazione delle cose portate dagli ospiti nelle camere, nelle autovetture parcheggiate negli spazi non custoditi e custoditi adiacenti la struttura.
L’Agriturismo con camere Al Luogo del Giulio mette a disposizione dell’Ospite, per tutta la durata del soggiorno, il servizio Internet Wi-Fi. L’Ospite è solo ed esclusivo responsabile di ogni eventuale utilizzo improprio e/o contrario alla legge del servizio di Internet Wi-Fi.
Il rapporto di soggiorno tra l’Agriturismo con camere Al Luogo del Giulio e l’Ospite è disciplinato dalla legge italiana e per qualsiasi controversia dovesse insorgere sarà competente in via esclusiva il Foro di Pordenone.
General living conditions at the farmhouse with rooms at Al Luogo del Giulio
Dear guests,
below the General Conditions that will be applied to your booking and your stay at the Farmhouse with rooms at the Place del Giulio.
Check-in time: 1.00 p.m. to 3.30 p.m. and 6.30 p.m. to 9.30 p.m.. Please notify the Reception of arrival time on 0427 730444.
Check-out time: by 10 a.m., unless otherwise agreed with the Reception.
The list prices on display are understood to be I.v.a. included. List prices and any discounts can be changed by the Farmhouse with rooms at the Place del Giulio at any time and without any notice; As long as the new ones will not apply to bookings already confirmed and accepted by the Farmhouse with rooms at the Place del Giulio.
Reservations and discounts are not cumulative.
Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, CIRCUITO MAESTRO PAGOBANCOMAT.
If for any reason, the Guest starts the stay late or anticipates departure, he will still be required to pay the full agreed amount.
The farmhouse with rooms at the Place del Giulio has chosen not to provide the possibility of smoking inside its rooms. Smoking guests are therefore asked to use the special outdoor areas, as well as the special ashtrays.
Rooms cannot be occupied by more people (including children) than indicated during booking.
Animals are allowed, after communication to the farmhouse with rooms at the Place del Giulio during booking and, in any case, an increase in the price will be required.
Given the particular nature and structure of the farmhouse with rooms at the Place del Giulio, the latter will have no responsibility for the deterioration, destruction and theft of things brought by guests in the rooms, in parked cars unguarded and guarded spaces adjacent to the structure.
The farmhouse with rooms at the Place del Giulio provides the guest, for the duration of the stay, the Wi-Fi service. The Guest is solely and exclusive responsible for any misuse and/or contrary to the law of the Wi-Fi service.
The relationship of residence between the farmhouse with rooms at the Place del Giulio and the Guest is governed by Italian law and for any dispute should arise will be exclusively competent the Forum of Pordenone.

Il trattamento sarà effettuato anche con l’ausilio di mezzi informatici per le seguenti finalità:
per adempiere all’obbligo previsto dall’articolo 109 del R.D. 18.6.1931 n. 773, che ci impone di registrare e comunicazione alla Questura le generalità dei clienti alloggiati;
per adempiere ai vigenti obblighi amministrativi, contabili e fiscali;
per espletare la funzione di ricevimento di messaggi e telefonate a lei indirizzati;
per accelerare le procedure di registrazione in caso di suoi successivi soggiorni presso la nostra struttura;
per inviarLe nostri messaggi promozionali e aggiornamenti sulle tariffe e sulle offerte praticate.
Desideriamo inoltre informarLa che il conferimento dei suoi dati per i trattamenti di cui ai punti 1 e 2 è obbligatorio, ed in caso di rifiuto a fornirli non potremo ospitarLa nel nostro Agriturismo.
Se desidera che siano effettuati i trattamenti di cui ai punti 3, 4 e 5 dovrà invece fornirci il Suo consenso. Il consenso potrà comunque essere successivamente revocato opponendosi ai trattamenti.
Per qualsiasi ulteriore informazione, e per far valere i diritti a Lei riconosciuti dall’articolo 7 del Codice sulla privacy (art. 13 del D. Lgs. 196/2003 e all’art. 13 del Regolamento UE 2016/679), potrà rivolgersi al Titolare dei trattamenti

We would like to inform you, under Article 13 of the Privacy Code (Article 13 of D. Lgs. 196/2003 and Article 13 of the EU Regulation 2016/679), that the processing of your personal data will take place with fairness and transparency, for lawful purposes and protecting its confidentiality and its rights.
The treatment will also be carried out with the help of it is used for the following purposes:
In order to comply with the obligation under Article 109 of R.D. 18.6.1931 No. 773, which requires us to register and communicate to the Police the generalities of the customers housed;
2. to meet existing administrative, accounting and tax obligations;
3. to perform the function of receiving messages and phone calls addressed to you;
4. to speed up registration procedures in the event of your subsequent stays at our property;
5. to send us promotional messages and updates on rates and offers.
We would also like to inform you that the provision of your data for the treatments referred to in steps 1 and 2 is mandatory, and in the event of refusal to provide them, we will not be able to accommodate you in our farmhouse.
If you wish to have the treatments in steps 3, 4 and 5, you must give us your consent. Consensus can still be revoked later by opposing the treatment.
For any further information, and to enforce the rights granted to you by Article 7 of the Privacy Code (Article 13 of D. Lgs. 196/2003 and Article 13 of the EU Regulation 2016/679), you can contact the Treatment Holder.
